Paula J. Ivory, a graduate of New York Law School, has more than fourteen years of experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality law.

Her expertise includes all three facets of the immigration process from obtaining temporary work authorization (non-immigrant visas), to obtaining Lawful Permanent Resident status (“Green Card”), to acquiring Naturalization (U.S. Citizenship) for individuals, as well as for employees of domestic and international companies.

In addition to her legal expertise, Paula’s experience includes managing the accounts of international corporate clientele, liaising with their Human Resources departments, here and abroad, and obtaining the necessary information and documentation to process the petitions/applications. Paula also liaises and advises with Human Resources personnel on employer compliance issues. In addition to obtaining the necessary visa approvals for the foreign nationals, she counsels the companies as well as the foreign nationals on their short-term and long-term immigration goals, guiding them through the daunting immigration process.

A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2002, Paula is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Moreover, she is admitted to argue before the U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of New York as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
